First zoo trip of the summer

Every year since Shelby has been born we get a zoo pass to Point Defiance Zoo which is in Tacoma. I finally braved going there with both kids by myself on June 9th. My thoughts that since we were going while school was in session on a Tuesday morning that there wouldn't be many people there. I was wrong. I forgot about school field trips to the zoo. We still had a great time. Shelby was excited to see the elephants but they were sleeping. She did enjoy seeing the monkeys swinging in their cage. Bradan just hung out in his stroller.
