For B's birthday party we continued the Avery tradition by inviting all our friends over and having hamburgers with all the fixings and a keg. It was a great time and Grandma Mary even got to come out to help celebrate. Poor birthday boy was getting a tooth in and running a temperature on his birthday but he did perk up in time for this party where he got to eat a cupcake all by himself. Which of course he loved! Looking back at pictures from the last couple of weeks all of them are of him eating cake.
Bradan at 1 year:
- 23.5 pounds
- Is waving bye bye and giving kisses
- Cruising but hasn't taken any steps
- Loves to walk holding your hands
- Sleeping through the night
- Eating almost everything - favorites are carrots, veggie chips and yogurt melts
- Loves to play outside especially in the rocks
- Bear crawls when wearing shorts or no pants
- Starting to imitate sounds and actions
