Bradan was nine months old on February 6th. We can't believe how fast time as gone but couldn't imagine life without him either.
He went in for a check up this week. He weighs 22 pounds and is 29 inches tall which puts him in the 75% for both.
Bradan still hasn't mastered crawling forward yet. He is great at going backwards and scooting around on his butt to get where he wants to go but no official crawling yet. And when he does start we will wonder why we were so anxious for him to start.
His two top teeth are currently coming in and they are giving him a tough time. Snot and drool are constantly running and at least two of his fingers are always in his mouth. Today he was running a 101 temperature and was so cranky. Hopefully those teeth pop soon to give him some relief.
The boy loves to eat. Bananas, sweet potatoes and spaghetti are his favorites. He loves to feed himself banana chunks, Mum Mums and Cheerios. We have been working on the sippy cup with water and juice.
Shelby is still his favorite person in the world. He loves it when she plays with him and gives him attention. Toys still end up in his mouth but he also likes to bang them on the nearest surface. He also likes to wheel his cars back and forth. (Makes his dad proud)
He tries to pull himself up and has gotten himself up a couple of times. Usually he just needs a little help. He loves to play on his Leap Frog table and shake his little butt to the music.
When meeting someone he is always very serious. It usually takes a little coaxing to get him to smile. He is definitely at the stage where he needs to see mommy or daddy when somebody else is holding him.
B is still a cuddle bug when tired but is starting to fight going to sleep at night. He will usually sleep from 7 at night to 6 in the morning and then only take short naps throughout the day.
We know the next couple of months are going to exciting with him learning to crawl, then walking and talking but are definitely cherishing these days of him being our sweet little baby boy.
